Cold Case star Kathryn Morris is getting a pay raise for the new season of the detective series. Morris will earn between US$180,000 and US$190,000 per episode for the 2007-2008 season.
Morris will also up a production company at Warner Bros. TV, which produces Cold Case.
Cold Case will commence its fifth season in the US on Sept 23. It averaged over 14 million viewers a week, making it among the top 20 shows on network TV.
The team re-opens the case of a woman who allegedly committed suicide in 1962 when the victim's granddaughter comes forth with evidence that the note found on the death scene -- then thought to be the suicide note -- was not written in the victim's handwriting.
